Screen event types

By default, there are 7 different screen events available in the signage application. A screen event is a specific occurrence during a meeting. When this event occurs during the meeting, you want to display different content on the signage screen. The following screen events are available:

No meeting: when there is no meeting running or paused
Meeting running: shows the configured screen when the meeting is ongoing
Meeting paused: shows the configured screen when the meeting is paused
Document sharing: shows the configured screen when the chairperson is sharing a document
Active voting ongoing: shows the configured screen when the voting is ongoing
Active voting results: shows the configured screen when the voting is finished

Screen event content

Per screen event you can add different content. There are three main categories of content blocks:

General content: all general meeting data such as the date and time
Meeting data: all meeting information, except voting data, such as the meeting title, synoptic, participants, etc.
Voting data: voting related content

For almost every content type you can configure different settings such as the font. It is also possible to set the background of every box of the grid separately. Below you can find a description of all possible types of content and the specific features you can configure.

Meeting data

Meeting delegate list	Shows a list with all the delegates	Show seated state: shows whether the participant is seated and present (only possible when using RFID cards) Delegate name order: use to change the order of the first and last name of the participant Delegate filter: use the filter to only show seated or unseated participants Configure font settings and background color of the details and the title of the content type

Voting

The voting content is only available for the voting screen events: Active voting ongoing and Active voting results.

Synoptic voting	Shows the synoptic with all participant, their microphone status, and the possibility to show the voting result.	Mirror synoptic: You can mirror the synoptic to obtain the best view needed for your meeting. You can mirror it horizontally or vertically. Select the synoptic you want from the dropdown list. Voting entitle list	Shows the list of all voting entitled participants, and the amount that voted together with the weight	Configure font settings and background color of the details and the title of the content type

Configure the screen event background

For every screen event you can configure the background. You have the option change the color of the background using the provided color picker or upload an image in the designated field. Click Remove to delete the upload picture. To remove the background color, select the color white from the color picker.
